I've been wanting to draw the Lutece twins as ponies ever since they appeared in one of the episodes recently. 
It was pretty cool how even the creator of Bioshock commented on their cameo. Of course I had to draw them with more accurate clothing lol.

Robert: Well this universe isn't so bad, a tad gaudy, but peaceful. You can even walk about in public and no one would bat an eye.
